Helena Cowan
MA Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist
Helena Cowen has been the Lead Supervisor for Chana for the past nineteen years. Her work at Chana includes supporting the senior team through clinical supervision, and working with clients under the age of 25.
Helena has experience of working in the NHS in both inpatient and out patient settings. She is also the Co-Principal Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist for Open Door a psychotherapy and counselling service for adolescents and their parents in Haringey.
Her special interest includes working with people who are struggling with eating disorders. Working with young people who have mental difficulties and thinking with parents about negotiating living with adolescents.
